Her business acumen is finely tuned to work alongside builders and investors to help achieve their end goal of delivering a quality product with a favorable ROI.

Britta's background is in hotels where she spent close to a decade at Hilton Hotels working in legal, finance and asset management positions. Her design skillset is primed to incorporate budgeting and ROI needs for investors. She delivers high design while remaining mindful of budgeting and investment goals. She is also an investor herself and has renovated projects for her personal investment portfolio. She has a BA from Florida State and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
